Samar State University and its co-host Visayas State University invites researchers, students, faculty, government leaders and other private individuals to submit their entries for the ๐ฐ๐๐ต ๐๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ณ๐๐ต ๐ก๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ ๐๐น๐น๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ผ๐ฝ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐ (๐๐ฃ๐ข๐ฉ๐๐ข๐ก ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฏ) to be held in ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐น๐ฎ, slated on ๐ข๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฐ-๐ฒ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฏ. This conference will be collaborated by several international universities and different State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) from the country.
IPOVCON 2023 will feature the ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐๐๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐ ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐, ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐๐ป๐ณ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ต๐ถ๐ฐ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต-๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐, all of which geared towards poverty mitigation and reduction.
